Short Shift


In the harsh and unforgiving world of Frostpunk, every decision we make can mean the difference between life and death for our people. One area that requires constant attention is the safety and efficiency of our workforce. To this end, we have implemented a variety of measures to ensure that our workers are able to work safely and efficiently.

One of the most important steps we have taken is the implementation of strict safety procedures. These procedures require our workers to take extra precautions when working with dangerous equipment, and to work at a slower pace to reduce the risk of accidents. While this may temporarily reduce efficiency, it is a small price to pay for the safety of our people.

In addition to safety procedures, we have also implemented after-hours maintenance schedules. This requires our workers to spend a small amount of time each day cleaning and maintaining their equipment, ensuring that it is always in safe operating condition.

Another important measure we have taken is the establishment of a dispensary. Here, our medical staff have access to the newest and most experimental medicines, allowing them to treat the gravely ill more effectively.

Finally, we have also implemented short shifts for our workers. Building a generator is an exhausting and dangerous task, and when our workers are not overworked, they make fewer mistakes and are more likely to stay safe.

Overall, the safety and efficiency of our workforce is of the utmost importance, and we will continue to take every necessary step to ensure that our people are able to work safely and effectively.
