Child Shelters


In Frostpunk, the survival of our society is of the utmost importance. One way to ensure that our citizens are well-fed and healthy is by establishing a system for saving and preserving seed and plant specimens. This way, we can ensure that we have a diverse and sustainable food supply, even in the harshest conditions.

Another crucial aspect of survival is the implementation of laws and regulations that help us battle the various challenges we face, such as hunger, sickness, and apathy. The "Book of Laws" must be constantly adapted to fit the changing circumstances and ensure the survival of our society.

In times of extreme hardship, we may have to make difficult decisions, such as implementing "Emergency Shifts" where all able-bodied citizens must work to keep the city running, even if it means sacrificing other aspects of their lives.

To maximize the efficiency of our food supply, we may also consider cooking soup instead of traditional meals. This way, we can feed more people with the same amount of raw food.

We must also be willing to take drastic measures to save lives, such as "Radical Treatment" methods, including invasive surgery and amputations.

Finally, it is important to establish a "Cemetery" where we can lay our dead to rest with dignity and respect. This is not only a way to honor the memory of the deceased, but it also helps to maintain a sense of order and closure in our society.

Additionally, establishing "Child Shelters" will ensure the safety and well-being of our youngest citizens. These shelters provide a safe and controlled environment for children during the day, reducing the risk of mischief and accidents, and allowing parents to focus on their work.
